Jola Edwards has been involved in the controversial case of Rochdale MBC v KW [2014] EWCOP 45.
The Court of Appeal have allowed an order overturning the definition of deprivation of liberty by Mostyn J (assisted by JS Mill)
The confusion therefore caused by this has now been removed.
