A bit more about Chloe Richards

I joined Peter Edwards Law in August 2024 after completing my masters in Medical Law and Ethics. I have developed an increased interest in mental health law and the Court of Protection since starting my career in law. I work alongside Jolanta Edwards and Felicity McArd in the Court of Protection Department assisting in the representation of clients for section 21a appeals and section 16 welfare applications under the Mental Capacity Act 2005. I am passionate in this area of law as it assists clients to have their voice and wishes heard throughout the court proceedings. I am striving to become a successful solicitor in the future.

Little known fact...

Before starting my interest in the law profession I had always wanted to pursue a career in medicine.

Away from the office...

I enjoy going on long walks and runs by the beach and going out for food with my family and friends.
