A bit more about Annette Holmes...
I started working at Peter Edwards Law in October 2001 as a secretary. I worked for a number of fee earners in the Civil Litigation Department until I was promoted to be PA to Peter Edwards in 2006.
I was then appointed as a fee earner to the department in 2009.
I assist Peter by managing the financial deputyships and attending meetings with clients. I am often the person that deputyship clients speak to on a regular basis.
In relation to disputed Court of Protection matters, I prepare the relevant documents, file and serve, diarise and monitor their progress.
Little known fact...
When I was at secondary school I worked in the kitchen of a restaurant on Saturday’s to earn extra money.
Years later I went on to become a part owner of the restaurant and enjoyed many years of working with the public and experiencing how to run a business.
Away from the office...
In my spare time I enjoy socialising and keep fit. I have played badminton on a weekly basis for many years, but this is not on a competitive basis put purely for fitness and the social side of the sport.
